LAFTA Annual Meeting, Potluck, and Jam Session

Potluck at 6:30, followed by a brief business meeting to elect board members. Musicians (of any level), bring your instruments and voices for a casual jam session following the meeting.


LAFTA Lincoln Association for Traditional Arts is a non-profit membership organization whose mission is to preserve and promote folk and traditional music, dance, and related arts in the Lincoln, Nebraska area. LAFTA presents the finest folk and acoustic musicians in annual Main Stage and House Concert series and provides support for monthly Contra Dances.

Most LAFTA Main Stage events take place at the The 7th Street Loft, 504 South 7th Street, on the 3rd floor of The Bridge. House Concerts take place at 5109 Foxglove Circle in Lincoln. Backyard Concerts are held at Wooly's Big Back Yard, 6115 Huntington Ave. Follow the Locations link above for maps and directions.
